Crab ID

Found this guy in my Blue Millepora.
what is it? good/bad?
He also had two large front claws (they broke off as i was getting him out of the coral). He is now somehow alive (likely to die soon) in a cup on my desk.

it looks like a pompom crab they usaully have 2 anenomes on there claws

likely an acro crab and was living happily in your mille - no expert, though, on these so, WIW.

he has since been flushed.
was he good or bad?
in other words, should i feel guilty for getting him out or relieved?

how was the blue millepora doing. was it growing nicely and looking healthy. if it was i would say it was fine

it didnt appear to have any damage, but i didnt like the idea of a crab living in there, dont know what he was eating.
