my tank had been dark for an hour before i turned on the room light and caught this guy. its a slug of some sort. pretty damn big. looked almost 3 inches in length and a tad longer than an inch wide. super flat except for in the middle there are some sort of short frills. it was originally moving on my back wall and then moved onto the rock. what the heck is this thing? and is it safe to keep in the tank?

omg, that would make sense! i had a clam mysteriously and acutely die many many months ago. and i haven't gotten another one since! the only thing i have in the tank now is rock, clowns, rbta, and a yellow tailed damsel. will this guy starve to death (hopefully)?
