I noticed this on my glass while cleaning it today. I have no idea what it is and have never seen it before. It's about the size of a screw head. when looking at it from inside the tank it's a white spec. from outside the tank the side sticking to the glass is white with a cream colored star pattern. I took the best pics i could with my cell phone. the two pics are from the outside looking at the side of it suctioned to the glass. This thing is moving also it went from 1 side of the glass to the other.

dont worry, i have them also and they are perfectly fine for your tank..I consider them part of my clean up crew

Cool i dont know where it came from, but as long as its not dangerous to my livestock its cool with me. I honestly almost scraped it off with my magnet thinking it was algae, till i saw it moving.

stars... i started with tons of them .... but now cant seem to see any.. keep them they are reef safe...

I havent bought live rock in over a year i only added dead rock which is starting to get life on it, lol maybe he was always there and I never noticed him he's so tiny it's possible. I have been noticing allot of little creatures i've never seen before recently, I guess my tank is finally setting up after much trial and error. I have some new feather dusters popping up also.

hey kaz, if you got alot and wanna get rid off them, lmk. my harlequin shrimps love them.
