I got it from Total Aquariums. Was told probably hybrid coris.

Looks a lot like a Coris Venusta but not quite in some pics. I was told by someone on the wholesale side of the business for over 30yrs it could be a hybrid because he had never seen anything exactly like it.

Looks like a Male Coris Venusta as Jared mentioned. I have one right now. The colored flap on the gill is a give away.
