Hi everyone. I posted yesterday but didn't have a picture. Today I kinda of do, it's a little hard to see being that this thing is really skinny. It's just to left and center of the sea star, The thing with the stripes. Any ideas?

I'd agree that it's one arm of a mini serpent star. Usually, where there's one, there are many.
