Its a worm lookin critter, I saw it sneakin in and out of my rocks for a second, and now he is chillin under my anenome(who decided to hang out up against the front of my tank) In this picture you can see he is a little black in the middle which would lead me to believe he is eating something. My question is, What is he and is he bad??? Thanks

They aren't toxic (that I know of) but those little bristles will dig into your skin and hurt/itch like fiberglass slivers. I occasionally see my Six Line wrasse swimming around with a chin full of them after he's had a bristle worm snack. Doesn't seem to bother him, but they sure hurt me.
