I got many bugs - good/bad/ what are they?

Hi All,
I got coutless amount of these tiny (biggest are 1/4" long) things crawling the front glass of my tank (sorry for poor picture):

Could they be the reason for my zoas staying close all the time?

Have you checked your tank's parameters? Your tank looks a little green from the photo.
