Black growth...good or bad?

I just did a 40 gallon water change in my 180....I have some growth...hair alge and some black carpet? What is it and is it good or bad...this is a FOWLR 180 gallon.

Looks Like Cyano Bacteria. The red color and bubbles are usually a tell tale sign.
Vucum it out with water chang & increase flow in the tank.
Also if you dont have coral. turn out the lights for 5 or6 days.
If it is near direct sunlight, cover the tank

the rock looks like its still curing. scrub off as much as possible n let it cure. turning off lights n cleanup crew will help.

I have a clean up crew...turned off the lights and also hooked up my UV 57 watts....it was not online for about 3 weeks...this will help too.....right?
