small shrimp like creatures in my refugium. what are they?

i have many of these shrimp like creatures. i have no idea where they came from. they are in my refugium/sump. can someone ID them, please?

i have no idea where they are from. should i introduce them to my tank? will they destroy the copopod population?

Their presence and growing population is a sign that you have done well with your tank. They hitch hiked into your tank and liked it there.

That is what's commonly know in the hobby as an aquarium cockroach, turn off the lights in your aquarium and you will see what I mean....LOL

Seriously... What are they,,,,lmao.. They're aliens from another planet.. Trying to take over the world...
Dose your tank with spectrum pellets twice a day about 3 pellets. until they are gone.. Might take a lifetime though,,lol..
