Trying to ID some type of what I believe to be an anemone.

Here is the problem. I cannot take a picture of it, because it is small and inside a part of the rocks that they are in.
They are primarily clear in color (imagine a translucent torch, but spread like a small carpet), however they have a white tip at the end.

The only thing I have seen them kill were small cerith snails.
Any ideas?

Thanks... I actually finally found pictures of them on the web and been reading about it. Don't know if currently it is something I want to keep, but they only killed off 2 ceriths, which is not a big deal, and do not look to be in an area(s) where they would be harmful to anything else in the tank.
