hmmm..not necessarily..that one leg being so long would be unusual to find on a mini star. Do you have any adult stars in the tank?

I had tons of those in my tank. they all had one long leg.

that's about as big as they get.

Its about the size of my fingernail there is a serpentine star in the display tank but not the refuge, where I found this one. He was living in a clump of grape vine algee. What is it ?
