This is in my tank, it started from a frag of zoa's I bought. I noticed it today starting to grow on my rocks and was wondering what it is and if it's good or bad?

those look like yellow polyps...if they indeed are than you should probably keep them separated from your main rockwork as they grow quickly and can kill other corals.

Can you take a pic of what they look like from the other side so we can see the 'structure' they may be growing out of..or touch them so they close up and then take a pic.

hydroids, bad for reef. they spread fast n sting others. theres a hitchhikers sticky link somewhere in this site. can't seem to find it now.

One little rock that you see I can just take out but how should I get rid
of them that spread to my LR?
