]Pink bubble gum type thing

I have this pink bubble gum stringy at parts growing on my love rock. i tried tanking pick but can seem to get them to show but does anyone know what it my be? and is it good or bad.

sounds like apetasia.probably spelled that wrong.does it look like a tiny anemone.
