ID needed on nuisance algae

This brown, furry algae has started to grow like a weed. Any idea of what it's called? Nutrients are already very low, so lowering them more is not a suitable solution. Any ideas?

I had that. I put in some phosgaurd for 4 days, and got rid of it. If that not an option, try lowering the lights and temperature. Algae thrives in high temps and high light. Hope that helps man
