almost looks like a medusa worm...detritus eaters but very hard to keep. not 100% sure though the ones I've seen are 20x bigger

If it is a medusa worm you might want to try to get that out if there, those things get huge ! Lol

huge yes, but generally safe. detritus eaters from my experience. like cucumbers, they will secrete toxins if stressed or dead...so theres always that :arg:
