Mystery blue coral. looks like it's encrusting, but has pronounced polyps

Seen here is the coral in question. Unfortunately, my LFS wasn't sure what it was and I wasn't about to spend $60 on something I didn't know the care requirements of.

Looks like, or is related to Sympodium.

have to agree with the above. looks like sympodium. can't say I've seen one that color blue before. usually a very dark navy blue, with notes of green. pretty cool piece if you can get it.

I have that almost exactly that same sympodium for more than a year, except the tentacles are a bit more feathery. Mine propagates very well and has survived a few excess kalkwasser dumps. It's actually a pretty blue when it closes up too.
