a better pic will help but to me it looks like bubble algae

it also looks like you have a cyano problem.

Sorry about the poor pic. Its not an algae. It a slug or something. It moves around. Pretty cool looking. Almost looks like a marble. Yea I do have a cyano problem. I'm trying to clean that out. Its do to not having my skimmer up and running which is now. Finally got that fixed :).

I have a money cowrie that was a hitchhiker. Its awesome algae eater and grazer. Im sure your is safe too. But not positive

Oh, another thing. My cowrie is nocturnal too but i swear he eats cyano, ive seen him eat it just not a lot. So i would keep him in just to help out
