It is growing in my sump and I have no idea what it is please help

It looks like Bryopsis.

Any techniques on how to get rid of it ?

If you can remove the rock that it's on from the tank then you can scrub it all off. If not then you can try and pick it up off, but you need to be careful and not have pieces break off which could cause it to spread. Some people will raise their magnesium to high levels. There is also a product that people have been using that kills it, I'm not sure what the name is but I'm sure someone will post it.
