They are only Jason Fox if they can be traced back to him!!!
Just because a coral looks like another coral that was named by a "famous" reefer, doeant mean it's the same coral! Yes, it's basically the same coral but the name only gets applied to it if it has lineage that can be traced back to the person.
There is a reason that the hollywood stunner was not named sprung stunner
Who cares what prefix you give it. This is how the whole stupid name game perpetuates cause we care about that first part. Ok, so it's Acid Reflux, big deal. If you're not Jason Fox you're not gonna be able to charge his prices anyway. Are we the AKA that we have papers and documentation for our coral lineage...NO, so then anyone can call it JF whatever and you either take their word on it or you don't. IMO unless I'm buying from Jason at the swap, the name is only good for looking up the picture in which case the JF or whatever prefix helps.
I'll see I have 2. Pictures of different frags of the Jason fox acid reflux one is out colony one is under lower lights and doesn't have the greenish ring
Mine was growing great, and than all of a sudden it melted back from 20ish polyps while all other zoas were doing good, and now it's back up to 10, quick grower.
