What the Hell Did i Find?

ok my house is getting chilly and its 10 pm and the first thing i did was check my tanks, well my 10 gallon is doing good so i went on to check the 6gallon, well i turn on the lights and i find this disgusting tube worming thing that looked like it was gonna wrap around the whole rock.
unfortunately by the time i ran to get camera and come back and figured how the hell to turn off flash that lil sucker was hiding in his hole.

well let me describe, he was gray came out of a whole about the size of 2mm and its base was very wider than its tip, and it stretched really long almost like wrapping the rock.


if you guys can id it and know that is bad, then what can i do to get rid of it.

Most likely a Peanut Worm.

LOL well i looked up peanut worm and i really cant tell cuz half of its body was in the hole.
but it extends just like one.
