need help to id black algae

I attached two images of this algae that has been growing mainly on this other nuisance algae that i believe to be red hair algae. Im going to vacuum it out but I thought I would give it some time to maybe kill some red hair...

I am do to do a water change but all parameters are good... I have a reactor running npx bioplastics and could use a refill but has been keeping algae from growing or starting.

Any help is appreciated

I was about to say the same thing. I am dealing with a major cyano issue in my tank right now. Trying to get rid of it also
