It's been awhile since I've been on the site but I found this strange creature. Looks like some sort of worm. It only comes out of holes in one section of rock. It will extend itself out and then open its fan like mouth extend it and close. Think it might pickup pieces of rubble from the sand bed also. It's all black until it extends more it will have white spots. Trying to post a YouTube video I made quick. It's on the bottom of section of the video. It's the closest and clearest video I could get. Pictures didn't do it justice. http://youtu.be/mtukKpkd3rk

But do you see the little tan fluffy stuff on your right side of the rock work on top of the video. Do you know what that is. cause that stuff has taken over the tank alittle bit.

Thanks. No I don't know what that fluffy stuff is and yes it is starting to pop up around the tank. Along w some GHA. I just upgraded from a 29gal Biocube to this 65 reef ready w a refugium a few months ago. I had some red slime first and that disappeared and now the hair algae. I'm hoping it's just going through some sort of cycle. Been trying to find a sea hare to control it a little but no luck around here lately
