id macro algae

wondering if anyone can id this macro. it is local to ny if that helps
this one is more pink than red.

and this one is a reddish purple

i don't swing that way i was thinking about not adding it, but figured i would try the algae. crabs and snails ate it up, and everything is fine. maybe because i brought back such small amounts. i think i am going to the beach again soon, so i will probably pick up some more.
