look at what i found in my tank this guy is like a inch big!! im debating on if i should take him out or not?? any ideas?? I only have a few yuma mushrooms and a 3" naso tang.

Look slike a red crab from Tonga - native cousin to the emerald crab - some say bad, some say good - when it doubt, rip it out (well gently of course)

What a little beaut you came upon Jim, awsome. Yeah, it's hard to say whether or not some can cause havoc....I'd be inclined myself to remove him to err on the side of caution and peace!

If I had a place to put him and you were trashing him, I would have loved to take it off your hands! Anymore pics of the little critter?

As the others have said, tough call. Seems perfect in a fuge if you ask me.

Have you seen him eat anything whilst feeding?

Did you get new rock or the likes that introduced him or has he been hiding on you for a long while?

i had rock for a whil the tank has been set up for 4 months. I have no idea. cant find him now though but ill keep my eyes open.

Where did you get your rock from? Was is dry or live?

it was live I got it from a fellow M-reefer

I wouldnt get rid of it, but you should put it in your fuge when you start to put more fish in your display tank.
It may grab one of your fish when they swim by, so having it in the display could be dangerous.
But it will help clean up the fuge for you- and if your fuge is clear, you can still enjoy watching it.
