I had a bad experience with e tropicals. I ordered 20 astrea and 20 jumbo mexican turbo snails and they all came dead in foul water. But i doubt it had to do with anything on their end. The hermits i got from there were fine.

But i could so use a snail/hermit GB, as long as there would be a pickup option in the city or BK.
