Yes you can adjust it. I just got a Wp25 with the new controller.

That I can't tell you. Mine is in a 34gallon solana and half way in the tank and half way on the power and it moves everything very well.

OH also of interest -- do these come with a manufacturers guarantee? Is there anyone to contact if the product stops working or is faulty?
