My heater blew up overnight, everything is dead but some fish,

I need at least 75 gallon of sea water. Can somebody help?

Can someone host my fish for a while?

Just a naso and sailfin tang and 2 clown fish.

Desperate.

Please give me a call if you can help

I am in Flushing, Queens.

Do you have any clean water that you can get the surviving fish into a bucket with a small heater and air stone - at least for the time being?

Get some new carbon in your tank asap and do as large a wtare change as possible.
Anything that is dead has to come out of there asap.

If a member cant step up soon enough - would the LFS that you deal with be able to hold your fish? Many good ones will help out in an emergency

Michael,
I have my spare 75g with just saltwater and rocks in there, but I recently bought some fish which died in there. I wasn't sure what killed them, but it seemed like something was causing their slime was become flakey. I'm hesitant to put anything in there for a bit unless its a last resort (I don't want to be responsible if they die too)
If you have no other option and you want to chance it, let me know.

I can't save em. Sailfin is dead, naso is almost dead. I have a pair of mated clownfish, a juvenile red coris wrasse, a gold spotted goby, a blue linka starfish and a blue damsel.

Who wants to adopt them, give me a call asap.

Michael.

If its a marineland stealth heater, try contacting the company. These were recently recalled due to failures.

I feel your pain, we accidentally nuked over $10K in corals this weekend with a heater incident...
