L.E.D. Lights Intensity and Time?

Time and Intensity people are using?
I have the A.I. Super Blue so I have control of three lights, what are the recommended amount of time each light should be on?

Just go with what you like. Having said that, keep in mind the acclimation process of what you switched over from previously. You'll end up adding more and more levels to it but the order of the timers don't really matter, as they activate in time order (Read that slowly and it will make sense)

You'll find yourself adding more and more settings as you go. I've used up almost all of them.

I keep asking myself this question too. Im on my 3rd week of using them and im not evne at 50 percent. Worried about bleaching out my SPS.

I changed over from 120w one watter LEDS and started the AIs at 35% across the board with 2% increments per week. The photo period stayed the same at 12 hours but with 120 minute ramps for sunrise and sunset.
AIs are pretty powerful in terms of PAR output, many have bleached out their corals if you don't acclimate slowly.

Yeah I've done the acclimation period, everything is ok. I just wanted to know things like total period of time on.
what do you guys use that worked out for you.
