Follow my 90RR thread and you see lots of good stuff. Up until the last page- where I show how the rim of my tank is slowly peeling off after just a few days with water in it.

Any attempts at repair void the warranty, and I don't want to risk any flooding.... So I'm getting a new tank just to be safe. The LFS I got it from (Pets Warehouse) offered to hook me up with a different brand (since this isn't the only problem I've had with the tank), but they don't have any 90's in stock that they can measure to make sure it'll fit my cabinet.

Could anyone out there with a 90 RR, with plumbing on the back left side, please tell me the EXACT dimensions of their tank? The cabinet was made specifically for Deep Blue, and after all the trouble I've had, I would really like to get a different brand. Most important dimension is length of the bottom rim, as I made the cabinet to fit tighly around a slightly recessed tank.

deep blue's product is crap, i work at a store and their heaters come in broken all the time, their lights arent reliable at all, their pumps are made of cheap plastic and their tanks are tempered on all sides so its less clear to look at than a regular iron glass tank. Cheap price for a cheap product. their tanks and stands are real specific to the tank and stand match that you can have, good luck finding one to match it, might as well try another deep blue or return the stand. i got a 90 at home but i dont even know the company it is plus im away at school now

Well if this helps a normal 90g measure's 48Lx18W.

It'd be nice if that were the case... but really, that's probably the measurements of the glass- not the rims. My deep Blue measures 48 1/4" across the rim. I need something that size or smaller.

So, anyone who works at a store able to measure a 90 RR for me? Needs to be accurate down to the 16th of an inch.

And the stand is home made out of some very expensive lumber (I'm a cabinet maker) so there's no returning the stand.
