Well, looking at that data sheet does not look good.

Calcium chloride 60.0 - 100 %

So, if we go with 60 %, just for shits and giggles and max for Na+ and K+ @ 5 %

60 + 5 + 5 = 70 %. So, what the hell is the other 30 %

Try using Dow Flake snow melt calcium chloride, can be found at home depot. It's one of the ingredients for the DYI 2 part by Dr. Randy Holmes Farley. Here is the link
