Phosban and carbon

Can I run phosban and carbon in the same reactor or do I need two of them

i would run them in separate reactors, phos media requires a more controlled flow of water vs carbon.

+1 i would run dual reactors or just put carbon in a media sock and place near your last baffle before retun pump.

I would also recommend 2 different reactors. I change out my carbon every 4 weeks and phosphate remover every 6 weeks so 1 reactor wouldn't cut it for me.

For long life of the phosban, and to prevent caking, it's -best- to run it in its own reactor. However, you certainly can run it with other media.
