Ro/di acting up HELP

My Ro/di is being a PITA. The brass part that holds on to the water faucet wont stay, it keeps coming off. My water pressure has not gone up or down. what do i do?

Try some teflon tape or get a new adapter.

no, i bought a new adapter, think i need to try the teflon tape

Get rid of it, install a an inline adaptor instead. You just but it between your water line and where your water line screws in to the faucet.

Here are the pix of how it is installed. Don't forget to shut off the water to the pipe your working with, and run the tap to drain the line, and still have something to catch what ever water may still be in the pipe.

I purchased mine at HD for a little over $9.
