This is just an FYI to all members. If you aren't going to the swap as a paid registered attendee please do not make any arrangements for pickup or drop off at the venue. Around the corner a couple of blocks away is fine but not on the campus. If you have not registered yet please do so asap as we are filling up quickly. Thank you and Happy Reefing!

If you have a checking account or a credit card/debit card - you can use Pay Pal to pay. It is free to set up an account with them.

We are strongly suggesting that people RSVP (and pay) now as we are almost totally sold out (this usually happens at our swaps).

Once we are sold out, we will not be able to sell any tickets at the door (capacity laws ya know).

A clarification is needed. The Venue is Pratt University in it's entirety.

No selling on campus period if you are not a vendor at the event. All member transactions are also to take place exclusively inside the venue. That means not in the parking lot, on the lawn, or sidewalk etc. None means none. If you can't respect this simple rule, please don't come at all.

This Sucks

Not only have I missed the last three, but I finally get a chance to go with my buddy and I. Now I have a family emergency, paid $50 bucks for me and my guest! Not a great way to spend my birthday that's for damb sure. I don't suppose I could recoup my cash for the next one like a voucher or something? Just a thought. major bummage!:grumpy:
