Lost three fish... but everything seems normal

In the past two weeks I have lost three fish/inverts. First, my clown fish that I have had for 6 or 7 years. Next, about three days ago, I lost my skunk cleaner shrimp. And, finally I think my mandarin of about 2 years is gone. ( I can't find her anywhere in the tank and she is always up and about.) My water parameters are perfect and the only thing I have done is move around a few rocks. And, I did this after the clown fish died.

I have a 28 gallon nano with HQI lighting. I did just replace the bulb about a month ago.

Anybody have any ideas?

Wish I could help find out but dont, sorry. Maybe new lights blinded him to death. Never heard of new lights affect fishes, or is it possible?

Have you checked for any stray current? What are your perfect water parameters?
