I like reefsleeves, http://www.thefilterguys.biz/reef_sleeves.htm , for random stuff in tank. I wear two pairs if I'm moving a small rock around.

They are thin (which makes them prone to small punctures), so you can feel what you are doing, unlike the giant orange/blue rubber gloves

I have those, and they're a PITA to work with. If you're just transferring rocks from one bucket to the other, they work. Otherwise it's hard to feel anything small.

I stopped using the gloves, but have gotten stung since then. I might just grab a box of nitrile exam gloves with a rubber band on each cuff.

They are good for going past your elbows into the tank. Also come in handy if you have to artificially inseminate a cow.

I have these gloves and have to agree that they are virtually impossible to use if you are handling small items - the rubber is very thick making it very difficult to feel what you are doing. I used them once and now don't use anything at all but am looking for another option.

Nitrile gloves from Home Depot, uni-size and for 100 count they are 12 bucks. I rinse my hands after I put on a pair due to any powder that may be on them.

I tried these and only used then once, you can't feel anything with them on. I wasn't sure if you could use the regular nitrile exam gloves

It amazes me the bad advice coming from this guy! If a Bristle worm were to "hit" your finger, you COULD be in a lot of trouble, as they CAN burrow into your skin!

If there is any powder on them, DO NOT USE THEM, get powder Free gloves.
