thats called cirolanids isopod or fish lice
cuote from marine ivert book.
if you spot one on a fish, it must be removed with foreceps; transfer the fish to a hospiotal tank treated with antibiotics until fish wound heals. if the isopod leaves the fish 1) remove the fish wait 2-3 months until you are sure the isopod is gone......
it also tell u to remove all rock and sand but i downt think any would do that lol.....
also it says if u dont do nothing, is likely that tha isopods will kill off your fish one by one.
