I bought a used Tunze 3152 off eBay, $50 delivered, the pump does not work, first day it pumped water, 3 days later, the water level is low in the back chamber and the skimmer is making sounds. I messed with the pump, toggled the sensor, switched the leads and unplugged the unit, it would thump and try to pump but does not.
Seller said it worked before he sent, he has 100% feedback, as do I… I sent him a video.
What’s the right thing to do in this situation? Replacement pump is $30 on Amazon, eat the loss and move on..?
