tank storage

Because I am about to be homeless I wanted to know is there anything I have to do to my tank before I put it is storage. Some extra info it is going to be is temperature controlled area.
And how long can I keep it in storage for?

Sorry to hear that you are going to be homeless. But i dont see anything that would harm the tank in storage, especially that it is climate controlled. What parts will you be storing?

Just the tank and the stand I am thinking of setting up a small 25 gallon tank so I will be using most of my other components

You gonna set up a public tank on the street? LOL sorry had to say it. Your tank and stand should be fine. Depends also how long you think it will be. I had a tank in a garage for like 2 years with no probs. And that garage not climate controlled.

Hey I’m 31 and I am moving back home with my parents with my fianc? and our unborn son, so I feel like I am homeless. It sucks when booth people in a relation louse there jobs in the same week.

I think the housing market will come back, but it wont be bouncing.
Its going to be a slow process to weed out all the bad loans.
I don't think anything is wrong keeping the tank in storage. I would put all the equipment inside the empty tank, and then cover the tank so you don't get a layer of dust on all the equipment when you finally come back to it. Good luck with everything!

The housing market will come back there is no doubt about that, but in the mean time you have about 7500 people with no job. But hopefully I will be back on my feet soon.

you don't need to do anything special. I bought my 100 gallon on ebay. the guy had it in his garage for 10 years. I hosed it off, and then filled it up. All good for the 2 years I had it.
