Identification Is this normal?

New tank, 2 months only. Marco Rocks are getting some brown dots everywhere. Tests are ok, nothing crazy. I have 4 little fish, 155 gallons.
Is it a just a ugly phase starting?

Yup, it will get worse before it gets better. Did you add any bacteria to help the cycle?
