I can build you one but these are usually built onsite and the money spent paying someone to build it at your house there will be expensive. Four feet high will also make it expensive. Glass alone for a seven by four window will be very expensive and require a bunch of people to install it. I would just look for a used acrylic honestly.

With that height and the pressure involved I would build it with full fiberglass....adding a bunch to the cost.
