Torches

Any have any issues keeping certain Torches alive?I know they don’t like high flow but sometimes after a wc,One dies for no reason.My Parameters are fine but my PH is a bit on the high side when the hours go by

I haven't had one die on me or jelly out in a while but definitely know what your talking about. I was using Tropic Marine salt for a while and the only thing I could pin down was low magnesium after it was done mixing. I was getting about 1300. I ended up switching back to Reef Crystal and instead of doing 20% once every 6 weeks I did 5% weekly. Too many variables but nothing has died since so who knows.
