It looks like a stealth bomber but more importantly it shimmers like the sun! Can’t wait to see it with rock, coral, and fish all moved in. Still no diving in the gulf so have to just wait patiently.

Sorry for the crappy pics will get some with a camera tomorrow. Rock is in. Thank you Allen for coming back out to get it done!
Because of the curve of that glass the rock looks to be up to the edge of the glass but that is not the case.

Set a trap the last two nights with mysis but no Isopods. I see them swimming and resting on the sand but no interest in bait.

I am guessing these are the straight up blood sucker species with no interest in dead food?

Got most plumbing done to the 75g fuge. Stupid ball valve I had was wrong size and I didn’t notice so no water but 99% there.

Fuge is in play! Sump holds all the drain off if pump goes off. Generator back up so should never be an issue but can never be over safe.

Nice build so far! What do you have planned for the ‘fuge and skimmer?
Thank you. Taking time with this to do it right.

I am really considering doing a display fuge with mixed macro, minimal rock, and shallow substrate like crushed coral or dolomite, something larger to give pods all kinds of space as well as macro needing substrate.

Skimmer will be moved over from existing 120g for now but definitely an upgrade in the future as the tank comes together based on need and bioload.

I have 3 gate valves plumbed for reactors for when the time comes as well.

Picked up versa tops for the fuge today to keep evaporation down as much as possible being in the basement. I have a dehumidifier running but the less evap the better.

ATO will be under the fuge probably 20 or 30g container. Will hook this in when I break down the 120g tank that has my livestock and coral.
