I need new lights

I've had a Current USA 3x250W MH w/t-5s for about 12-13 years. One ballast has died and I've been told by a few sources that there are no replacement ballasts. So, I need a new system on my 72"x24" tank.

I don't have LPS. Mostly softies. What do you recommend? Feel free to post links. Thanks in advance!

I don't have a particularly make or model to recommend to you, but you should definitely go LED. I have an Acan Lighting 800 over my 38g, and it great. You can dial in whatever color spectrum you want and have it vary in intensity during the day and do moonlight at night. It's badass. It's also a few years old, so I'm sure there is better stuff with more features for less money now.

I've been on LED's for a few years now to. I like the cooler running lights, helps my chiller so it almost never runs now. I also like the fact that I haven't changed a bulb in years lol. I use 2 AI vega colors over my 110, which is also mostly softies/gorgs/anemones.

I'm going T5 on my new tank. Plenty of people seem to love LED, so if you aren't some old-school curmudgeon that's probably the way to go.
