I actually shop at wwc all the time and although they have a number of corals that are priced out of my range they also have a huge selection thats within industry norm.

The abundance and care level just opens the door for more hobbyists, and the 'busy-bodies' with more income. Just add saltwater, a ton of actinic, and you're good. Great for the industry.

Some might argue that these designer chalices and such look better than SPS, but the bottom line is, a full blown SPS tank will always leave a full blown LPS tank in the dust.

Ya, they have some more affordable stuff, though it's generally pricier than from other stores. I hear the frags are top quality though.

It's just hard to understand $1500 frags. The $500 Efflo a few years ago (and then the Pink Lemonade) was already really nuts. I wonder what's next

That should have been called "the $360 Efflo".

I wonder how that coral is doing now. I think I sold it to Karl. Or maybe it was one of his buddies. I can't remember now...
