Skimmers for 24g nanocube

Does anyone know if this skimmer works very well?

Also, should I place a powerhead in the tank for add'l water flow?

Tank is a 24 gallon NanoCube w/ ~15-20 lbs of LR, live sandbed, 2 clowns, 1 damsel, 1 orchid dottyback, snails, hermits, hammer coral frag.

Eh.... im not sure about that. Looks kind of small dont ya think? I would find some customer reviews on it somewhere unless a few people here have used it before. But whatever you do DONT get a Seaclone. They are terrible in every way(IMO).

dont buy it, I made that mistake is does not work. save your money and buy a aqua c remora nano or a tunze nano skimmer. I have the aqua c remora nano and I am pleased with it, although it is on the noisy side.
I have a aquapod 24 gal and I run the skimmer. a maxijet 1200 and hydor korlia 1, and the stock pump that came with it. I removed all the filter media and placed the maxijet behide the back wall plumbed into a locline.
anyways more current will not hurt and dont buy the fission.

My aunt uses one on a 24G Aquapod. She is not happy with the results and is looking for another solution. I think its better than not having a skimmer at all becuase she can keep species like xenia alive but its not a very efficient unit. She also had problems with the collection cup popping off all the time. I will be emailing her the recommendations made above.
