I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt because I too am the little guy.
I used this company because I saved about $200 on my order. They are local from me in Menlo Park Ca.
2 PFO 250 pendants, 2 icecap ballasts and a 220 VHO retrofit kit.
I turned in my order and after four days hadn't heard any thing form the company and sent a semi nasty e-mail. They dont have a phone number. After 48 hours I recieved the reply stating that they were out of stock on certain items and they would come directly from the manufacturer.
My items all arrived but I was missing the cord and wiring harness for the VHO kit. Again I e-mailed them and the reply to the full 48 hours. My cord came in a day.
I set up one of the 250 MH and have been using it since. The other went to Seattle with the VHO kit for use on the 120 built in I tried to set the lights up and was disappointed the MH wasn't the right one. I immediately e-mailed the company. That was 72 hours ago. Still no response. I tend to doubt that I will even get one regardless of the 30 day return policy. I would at least like a "I'm sorry".
So again, I wouldnt recommend using INNOVATIVE LIGHTING SOLUTIONS for anything. I have been very satisfied with all of my other orders form RDO sponsors.
