so it has a round head lots of little clear legs and the rear of this pic looks like a v but when he moved it has three appendages with what looks like a anus in the middle. Ive cheked all my books. help .white at bottom of rock

Nothing to make a fuss about. If it is not on something other than rock or sand...no need to worry. To me it looks like a pod. A from what I can tell, a good one.

Could be a stomalea snail, or a chiton?
Can you get a clearer pic of it? try plucking it off the rock with twezers and placing in a glass or clear plastic container to snap off a better pic.
I know thats easier said than done. Sorry.
