Hi. Can you confirm it's Alveopora and not Goniopora? Alveopora is slightly easier to keep, but both are tough (Goniopora is nearly impossible). There's two good articles on these types of corals:

Not in a nano, it probably won't. Your best chances lie in a decent sized aquarium, a large refugium, with plenty of macro algae, and possibly target feeding (search RC's online magazine back issues for an article about this).

Still alive and healthy as ever.
