Hi y'all
Is it possible for dead coral to come back to life? I have some LR that has been in the tank for about 5 months that is looking really good; it was the last addition of LR in the tank. There has never been coral in the tank. There is an old coral skeleton that looks like it has started growing after I added my new light setup a few weeks ago (2-175 10K MH 2-96W 7100K PC)

I was also wondering if any one in the Houston area knows of a good LFS that sells frags.

Yeah it is possible, but its not 100% dead then if its coming back to life..It might just be that a small portion, not viewable to the naked eye survived and is regenerating back to its normal self...I say congrats...

If youre looking for frags... www.coraldynamics.com is pretty good..wont get any rare stuff but they offer good deals at pretty comprable costs..

I dont live in houston so i dont know of any just the online one i mentioned...
