Rate my lighting for FOWLR

I have 2 X 40w Atenic and 1 X 40w Daylight
Side note: 5w moonlight.
I have "some" Macro growth

Can I expect any decent growth of coraline? other things ect.

I think you will get coralline growth. Your lighting is fine for a FOWLR.

For a FOWLR you will be fine with that light.
